You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

The Platform provides digital content and services, including practice tests, mock examinations, and study material. Paid products grant time-bound access for the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Free content may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page at https://rankboard.in/pricing. Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank credentials. Access to a paid product is granted after successful payment confirmation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any content from the Platform; not to use automated means to scrape or extract content; and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts. Any form of malpractice during tests may result in suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, study material, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the content for your personal preparation only.

8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at our registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
