Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how purchases on RankBoard(Canopy Solutions) (https://rankboard.in) may be cancelled. Our contact details are listed at the end of this page.

1. Digital access purchases

Paid products grant time-bound digital access that begins immediately after successful payment. Because access is delivered at once, a purchase cannot be cancelled after access has been granted. You may choose not to complete a payment before it is confirmed.

2. Before payment

You can cancel a purchase at any time before completing the payment, simply by closing the checkout window. No charge is made unless the payment is successfully completed.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but access was not granted, or charged more than once for the same product, contact us within 7 (seven) days and we will cancel the erroneous charge and process a refund where applicable, as described in our Refund Policy at https://rankboard.in/refund-policy.

4. Mock test registrations

For scheduled mock examinations, you may withdraw from a slot at any time before the examination start time. Once an examination has started or been attempted, the registration cannot be cancelled.
